Incinerator - Crossness
In 1998 the practice of dumping sewage sludge at sea was banned, in November of that year the incinerator at Crossness was operational burning the sludge. The energy produced by this process is then used to power the whole sewage treatment works.
Oval Cricket Ground - Kennington
The iconic Oval Cricket Ground was the first ground in England to host international Test Cricket back in 1880. The ground has undergone many changes over the years, and we were pleased to be involved in another one.
Pumping Station - Honor Oak
A laser scan survey was required at this pumping station to create a 3D model to help inform the engineers who had been tasked with repairing several elements within the chamber.
St Mary's Church - Staffordshire
The Grade II* listed building dates back to 1870, although the site itself is said to have been occupied by a church or chapel since c1150.

Listed Barn - Herefordshire
A full laser scan survey was carried out on this listed barn in order to produce detailed 2D floor plans, elevations and sections for its conversion. The barn had been used for housing cattle and was in a state of disrepair.
Main Street - Newquay
One of the best things about surveying is getting to work all over the UK. Back in July 2022 we were asked to scan approximately 1.5km of roads and pedestrianised streets in Newquay.
National Museum Cardiff
We consider ourselves very fortunate to have been asked to carry out a full laser scan survey of the National Museum Cardiff. Like so many large historic buildings which have changed and been altered over time, there was a lack of accurate, up to date plans.
Rail Depot - Bristol
Trains need to be regularly serviced and are often brought into the depot for maintenance. The depot platforms are cramped and have many steel columns and beams which can make working on the trains difficult using standard mobile platforms.
River Calder - Altham
This project was a combination of several survey disciplines to be able to produce the required results. After severe flooding during winter, a large section of riverbank had been washed away and temporary flood defences installed.
Selby Abbey - Yorkshire
Scanning historic buildings is always one of our favourite things to do. The data collected at Selby Abbey, which was founded in 1069 was used for 3D visualisations of the Abbey itself and the surrounding area for a local regeneration project.
Smithfield Site - Birmingham
We were commissioned to carry out a large scale multi-disciplinary survey of the Smithfield site in central Birmingham as part of a £1.9bn regeneration scheme.
St John's Church - Mansfield
This project was to aid the major repair work and restoration of the tower and spire of the Grade II listed church which was built in 1855.
Wattville Primary School - Birmingham
