About the project
This project was to aid the major repair work and restoration of the tower and spire of the Grade II listed church which was built in 1855. A full colour laser scan was carried out of the internals of the tower and the externals of the church, a drone was used to capture the images and video of the spire.
- A full set of detailed 2D plans and elevations were produced along with sectional elevations.
- The drone imagery was used to create a point cloud of the spire which was registered to the terrestrial laser scan control to produce a complete dataset.
