Laser Scanning Surveyor
3D Scan Solutions are looking for a Surveyor to join our expanding team to assist with our interesting and varied projects throughout the UK.
• Survey experience in laser scan, land or building surveys.
• Ability to take a project from site work through to final delivery
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Enthusiastic and motivated
• A full UK driving licence
The role will be split between the field and our Derby based office. As our site work can take us all over the country you will be required to work away from home from time to time. You will be expected to set up and run projects, process the raw data through to sending the final deliverable to the client.
Knowledge of Leica equipment and LSS software would be preferable but not essential. Appropriate training would be offered in these areas.

Assistant Surveyor
3D Scan Solutions are looking for an enthusiastic person who is motivated, enjoys the outdoors and traveling around the UK. The role will be assisting our surveyors on our laser scanning and topographical projects whilst receiving on site and office based training. You will need the following in order to succeed in this role:
• Enthusiastic and motivated
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Enjoy working outdoors all year round in all weather conditions
• Traveling and staying away on stopovers
The role will predominantly be site based, any days not on site will be based at our office in Derby city centre. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn from our experienced surveyors and gain invaluable skills within the survey industry.

CAD Technician
3D Scan Solutions are looking for a CAD Technician to join our expanding team to assist with the processing and modelling of our interesting and varied laser scanning projects.
• Experience in 2D & 3D CAD
• Experience working with 3D point clouds
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Enthusiastic and motivated
The role will be based at our city centre office in Derby. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing 2D & 3D CAD drawings and models from point cloud data.
