Project Information

• The office layout was being altered, so an accurate plan of the services was required to ensure each new office space would have the relevant services within it.

• Where possible, the ceiling tiles were removed and we were able to scan into the roof space using an extendable tripod.

​

• The scans were supplemented with 360° photography using the iSTAR to aid the modeling process.

​

• The final registered point cloud was made up of over 90 scans and allowed the designers to reconfigure the MEP services to fit into the new layout.
